- God parent must be a Catholic of at least 16-years of age or older who has been Confirmed, can receive the most holy sacrament of the Eucharist and leads a life of faith. They can not be bound by any canonical penalty legitimately imposed or declared. (Canon Law 872-874)
- There is to be one one male and/or one female.
- Parents and God parents must complete an in-person Pre-Baptismal Class (valid at the time of Baptism)
- $50 Baptism Procedure Fee
- Birth Certificate of Child
- Sacramental Certificates for God parents (proof can be presented via scanned copy or photo via text as long as its legible)
- Married God parent: Marriage Cert. from Church
- Single God parent: Baptism, First Communion and Confirmation Certs.
- In-person Pre-Baptismal class proof for Parents and God parents
- Classes are offered at HFC every Thursday 6:30pm-9:00pm in Spanish
- If you are interested in taking the class at our Parish the documentation must be presented in order to register. We do not do same day same day class registrations.
