The St. Mary Mobile Care Unit offers the following services:
• Blood Pressure Screenings
• BMI Screenings
• Glucose Screenings
• Cholesterol Screenings
• Spirometry Test (Lung Function Test)
• Community Resources/Social Service Referrals

All services are provided by St. Mary’s highly-skilled healthcare team, including a Nurse Practitioner, Respiratory Therapist, Community Health Worker and Social Worker.
